Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for only defective products.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
How to Return an Item
All returns must be sent by mail. Please contact our customer support team to receive instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $50 USD will be deducted from your refund for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. The refunded amount will be issued in USD and automatically converted to your local currency by your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Yes, we do accept exchanges in the case the product has not been worn. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
